Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Clean Cut Car Care Limited, trading as The Car Care Company and ADR Valeting (Isle of Man), and any client who submits an enquiry, books a service online or otherwise, or enters into a management agreement with us. By submitting an enquiry, ticking to accept these terms, or proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, including the cancellation and no-show policy in section 4.

1. About Us

"The Car Care Company" and "ADR Valeting" are trading names of Clean Cut Car Care Limited, a company registered on the Isle of Man and based at Unit 9 Springham Park, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM2 2QU. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Clean Cut Car Care Limited. Clean Cut Car Care Limited is the data controller responsible for the personal information you provide to us (see section 11, Data Protection & GDPR).

2. Enquiries & Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have communicated acceptance and, where applicable, received payment or a deposit.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or booking at our discretion without providing a reason.

3. Pricing

All prices quoted are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, additional work required, or changes to the agreed scope of work. We will notify you of any material price changes before proceeding.

Prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling

Zero-tolerance policy, please read carefully. Our team's day is built around your booking. If you do not show up, or cancel at short notice, that slot and the income from it is lost and cannot be filled. By booking, you accept the following.

Where a balance is owed following a late cancellation or no-show, we will invoice you and payment is due within 7 days. We reserve the right to decline future bookings while any balance remains unpaid.

5. Vehicle Access & Condition

You are responsible for ensuring that we have safe and reasonable access to your vehicle at the agreed time and location. If access is not available and we are unable to carry out the work, this may be treated as a cancellation subject to the policy above.

You must inform us in advance of any pre-existing damage, modifications, or conditions that may affect our work. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or defects that were not disclosed prior to service.

We take all reasonable care when handling vehicles. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our negligence, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or defects.

6. Collection & Delivery

Where we collect or deliver your vehicle as part of a service, we will do so with the same care we apply to all work. You accept that the vehicle is being driven by an authorised member of our team solely for the purpose of the agreed service. Our team members are fully licenced to drive the vehicle.

You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy, taxed, and insured for third-party use at the point of collection.

8. Airport Transfer Service

Our complimentary client transfer service is provided as part of a storage package and does not constitute a licensed taxi or private hire service. No separate charge is made for the transfer, it is included as a courtesy element of the storage service. By using this service you acknowledge this arrangement.

9. Management Plans

Management plan agreements are subject to a minimum term of one month. Cancellation of a management plan requires 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to adjust management plan pricing with 30 days' notice to the client.

10. Payment Terms

Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger jobs, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before work commences. We accept bank transfer and card payment. Outstanding invoices not paid within 14 days may incur a late payment charge.

11. Data Protection & GDPR

Clean Cut Car Care Limited is the data controller for the personal information you provide. When you enquire or book, we collect and process information such as your name, contact details, vehicle details (make, model, registration), and, where relevant, your address or location for mobile services.

We use this information only to provide and manage your booking and our services, to contact you about your booking, to send calendar invitations and confirmations, and to keep a record of work carried out on your vehicle. Our lawful bases for processing are the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service.

Your information is stored securely and is never sold. We are not currently a marketing business, and we will not send you marketing without your separate, clear consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We use trusted service providers to operate (for example secure database hosting and calendar/email delivery) who process data only on our instructions. We keep booking and service records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@thecarcarecompany.com. Full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@thecarcarecompany.com within 48 hours of the service being completed. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Any disputes that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
