How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud-based database service. We retain your data for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for a reasonable period thereafter in case you return as a client. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Trusted third-party service providers who carry out work on your vehicle on our behalf (e.g. service centres, bodywork specialists). These parties are only given the information necessary to carry out the work.
• Our software providers, who process data on our behalf under appropriate data protection terms: Supabase (secure database hosting), Netlify (website and booking-system hosting), Google (calendar invitations and confirmation emails to the address you provide), Intuit QuickBooks (accounting and invoicing) and Formspree (enquiry form delivery). Each processes only the data needed for its role, and only the details required to raise your invoice (such as your name, contact details and the amount) are shared with Intuit QuickBooks.
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Website Analytics & Advertising

To understand how visitors use our booking pages and to measure our advertising, we collect basic, first-party usage data (pages viewed, booking steps reached, and how you arrived at our site, such as an advertising campaign reference). This is stored securely by us, uses a random identifier rather than your name, and is not sold or shared for third-party advertising. If we run advertising through Meta (Facebook/Instagram), the Meta Pixel may also process visit data in line with Meta's own privacy policy. You can clear your browser storage at any time to reset these identifiers.

Your Rights

Under Isle of Man and UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Isle of Man Information Commissioner's Office
