The recipient books at thecarcarecompany.com/book-online and enters the code at checkout — if it covers the full amount there's nothing to pay on the day. Voucher bookings need 48 hours' notice to move; no-shows and same-day cancellations count as the voucher being used. Any balance above the voucher value is payable on collection.
